These meetings are held monthly and include a 15 minute public session where local residents are welcome to attend to ask questions or offer comments. Following the meeting, Minutes are produced to record the decisions. These are published for information, however, they remain ‘draft’ until they are agreed as a true record of the meeting and signed by the Chairman at the next meeting.
