Hollinswood & Randlay Parish Council is pleased to be managing and supporting the Special Needs Activity Centre, here in Telford.
SNAC@HARP will be providing a range of exciting activities and these will be available to local families for a wide range of ages and abilities.
We look forward to working with our partners and family members to provide varied sessions and to offer support, information and advice to parents and carers, whilst understanding the needs of the young people and ensuring that we meet their needs and recognise their important contribution to our community.
